Sir,

            We would like to invite your kind attention towards our earlier representation mentioned under reference on the subject cited above and to state that, even after a lapse of about eight months the matter has not been materialized. Further, the action taken in the matter has not been communicated to us.

            Therefore, we once again request your goodself to kindly take necessary    action   in   the     matter    without   further   delay   and   do

restructuring the cadre of  Ophthalmic  Assistant in your good department as early as possible to meet out the stagnation of staff as per  DOPT Office Memorandum  No. 35034/9/2010-Estt.(D) dated 10^th February, 2011 issued by Ministry of Personnel & Public Grievances and Pensions, New Delhi. A copy of our earlier representation mentioned under reference is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
