Sir,

                The General Body Meeting of “A&N Administration’s Group ‘C’ Employees Association” was held on 15.12.12 at 10.00 a.m. in the premises of Government Employees Federation, Gandhi Bhavan, Port Blair. The house has unanimously resolved to rename the A&N Group “D” Association into “A&N Administration’s Group “C” Employees Association” as the 6^th CPC has abolished the Group “D” posts. The Association will protect the legitimate rights and claims of the employees in respect of their service matters.

          The following documents are enclosed herewith for your kind information.

2.                   The house has unanimously resolved to place the following charter of demands for redressal :-

1.	Filling- up all vacant posts of Groups “C” staffs of A & N Administration.
2.	Immediately Publication of results of Common Written Examination for more than 200 (Prox.) posts of Group ‘C’ employees conducted by A & N Administration in the year 2011.
3.	Timely grant of MACP to all eligible Groups ‘C’ staffs.
4.	Issue of Uniforms and Liveries to all Group ‘C’ staffs as per their entitlement norms prescribed by GOI.
5.	Allotment of Government Accommodation to all Group ‘C’ employees transferred and posted to outside Port Blair.
6.	Restoration of Joining time for Group ‘C’ employees while availing Annual Free Sea Passage (AFSP) and Leave Travel Concession (LTC) to visit Home Town.
7.	Enhance the rate of Over Time Allowances and Night Duty Allowances.
8.	Payment of Overtime Allowances and Night Duty Allowances on or before 15th of every month.
9.	Conducting of Limited Departmental Examination under 10% Promotion quota to Group ‘C’ LGC posts of A & N Administration from Multi- Tasking Staffs (MTS) viz. Peon, Peon-Cum-Chowkidar, Watchman, Daftry etc. and should not be a open call to all employees drawing grate pay of Rs.1800/-.
10.	Promotion to Multi Tasking Staffs (MTS) in the post of LGC under 5% direct on seniority-cum-fitness basis prescribed by GOI vide OM No.AB-14017/32/2009-Estt (RR),dated.07/10/2009.(Copy enclosed)
11.	Regularization of all Temporary Status Mazdoor (TSM) working in different Departments of A & N Administration.
