            We  would like to recall your kind attention towards our earlier representation mentioned under reference on the subject cited above and various discussion held with you. But, we are sorry to say that,  the action taken in the matter has not been communicated to us so far.  We have enclosed herewith a copy of the said representation for your ready reference.

            Kindly take appropriate action for restoration of promotional channel of Linemen-Cum-Meter-Reader (LMMR) into the post of Junior Engineer.

An early action in the matter is highly solicited.
